Benzonatate Gets U High?

Intervista a Lello Gurrado

by Glenda Gurrado

Gurrado Lello, Bari soul but living in Milan since 1950, working as a professional journalist since he was 22 years: editor, editor, special correspondent in the papers of the most important publishing houses as Mondadori, Rizzoli Corriere della Sera. The author of Mestieraccio , The sdrogati , Mamma heroin , If I quit I , San Siro football Scale , priest Don Mazzi Cowboy , Nomination , Murder in the library , Bet (which we reviewed on Temperamente here ).

Welcome to Temperament. She is an accomplished crime writer.

The imagination of a writer is a precious jewel that many of us would have. Where does the inspiration for his intricate yellow?

Locate the paths of the imagination is very difficult, perhaps impossible. I can try to point out two ways: first reading. To write you must read, read, read. Consciously or unconsciously, something remains. The second street, in my case, it is the experience. I make a journalist for forty years now, I have lived in the newsroom, I did the left in Italy and abroad, and certainly have been witness to events large and small has served to keep alive the imagination.

The comparison between a literary critic and a writer is a very compelling in his book. What is your relationship with the critics? Friends or enemies and ruthless as a slaves Renato Francesco De Vita?

My relationship with the critics is neither good nor bad. It is simply non-existent. I have no friends among them and I auguro di non avere neppure nemici.

Regarding the relationship between fantasy and reality, no, I think the first is still unreachable. With the imagination always wins. Watch the finale of the bet: the story ends in two different ways, both plausible, and we could find a third or final quarter as credible. There are solutions that only the imagination allows. The reality is however, one from which you can not escape.

is fond of his characters as is Renato Slaves in yellow that we have reviewed? Would like to know?

Oh yes, very much. 'd Gladly go to dinner with Commissioner Gerber, I would chat with Joan Smith and spend an evening with the Smith family to complete. Would I see a little 'less willing Walter Small, the director of the prison.

Would you like if one of his stories to reach the big screen? The bet could be a cinematic masterpiece. If so, what film would you choose?

course I would, it would be a beautiful thing. As for director Hitchcock and unfortunately there is no more then you will mention three: Roman Polanski, Spike Lee, and Giuseppe Tornatore. But perhaps here too we are running with the imagination.

Lello Gurrado Thanks for giving us a chip in his career and his thought.

L5 Radiculopathy And Erectile Dysfunction

Facebook caffé

The subtitle of this book is "the place of thought." Refers to mixture of lives, stories, characters and images meet in a bar , the ultimate arena for the exchange of "chat". Indeed, in the past, place of literary and political revolutions , as indicated by a bit 'pompous Andrea Caponnetto initial premise in the book.

certainly was not the will of the frequenters of this virtual coffee to create a new literary movement or start a new social consciousness. The idea behind this anthology was to collect those thoughts of different customers, retain their voices, usually lost in the ether some social network, make sure that they would find space on a physical medium. I wonder how difficult has been the company to coordinate this shouting (and how much passion we both wanted to do it).

Because the resulting feeling after reading Facebook coffee is what we have - to stay in theme - after drinking a burnt coffee, which leaves a bitter taste and slightly sickening. The bustle content in this bar is unnecessary and futile. Overlap forced and fake scandals, heavy and empty lyrics, some false smut mixed with random trivia disruptive.

reusing the same speed of the instruments from which the authors, here are 65 well disposable tales, to read as you read the Home of facebook: lazy, listlessly, as a waste time. Switch from one story to another with a click, and often within the same story with a double click, in a crowded feelings and reactions can not As tiring. There are a few exceptions, very few beads, but not enough to make you pass the desire to press ESC at any time. Rather than place of thoughts, I would have said instead of the vents.

Why only truth that I can share with the book, publishing it on your blog page, is the undeniable existence of our society need to talk, express themselves and communicate. But while the coffee Enlightenment reflected thoughts and movements, there is a one-way communication, empty, imitative, a mere echo, that Stone and the stove. Which, of course, also applies to the post just published.

OLTRE DISNEY: ROBERT COOVER E LA RISCRITTURA DELLA FIABA

Robert Coover was born in Charles City (Iowa) on February 4, 1932.
professor of literature for a long time to Brown University, made his debut in the world of writing with the novel The Origin of Brunisti in 1966 and his most famous work is The Public Burning (1977).
E 'one of the greatest exponents of postmodern literature, which reflects the tendency metaliterature and reinventions of cultural and literary stereotypes.
interested in the relationship between literature and technology, is one of the founders of the Electronic Literature Organization
, founded with the aim of promoting electronic literature. His latest novel is
NOIR (2010).

An accident led me to do some research as part of my project on Rewriting the body in the postmodern fairy tale at the Ca 'Foscari of Venice in the period in which there took place a series of meetings with international authors.

All stories are re-written stories, some are just more aware of the other, is a practice that dates back to the beginning of human storytelling. The oldest example of narrative we have, the Gilgamesh epic , was built with fragments of stories written in the previous two millennia, which in turn were taken after the invention of writing, from a long traditional oral. The writers of the Bible have used similar materials of popular rituals in their rewrites, as did Homer (or Homer), Ovid, etc. ... The Don Quijote is one of the most original stories that are ever written, but it is also composed of short stories partly rewritten, in this case taken up by pastoral novels and chivalrous, which in turn are rewrites of songs of the Troubadours, who have their own versions of old folk and popular storytelling. The art of fiction is a conversation without end through the millennia, which uses a relatively small reservoir of characters and themes that cross historical events, social and intellectual in a flux.

2) Why did you choose to rewrite the most famous fairy tales?

in the unfolding of human speech across continents and centuries, to whom the art of narration and is a significant part of training, the communication between writer and reader is facilitated by familiarity with stories and themes are widely shared. So the prevalence of the themes of love and death was experienced by all. But also because often the stories chosen have left some residue in human thought, however, let you in mine, and this is what needs to be analyzed.

3) What role have your opinion, concepts such as mutilation and body metamorphosis in fairy tales?

These are two very broad themes, perhaps more suited to psychological or sociological essays and not particularly relevant for my personal use of fairy tales. Both definitely have to do with fears of decay, death, death in life (as in the great work of Ovid), the destruction order, the anxieties of the border. The metamorphosis, in contrast to the mutilation, is a kind of magic, an impossible gap to cross, as the chasm between the conscious and unconscious, for example. It is a kind of actualization of a metaphor, an imaginative leap.

4) What is the function of the female body in your Briar Rose? We can see it as an open text that awaits interpretation?

Well, we have a lady of a hundred years forced to become a sort of symbol of contemplation, I believe, but the body as text is now now such a cliché that I would hope that in this case there was a lot more. An equally interesting question might be: what is the function of the female mind? The story begins with a sleeping princess, never awakened, and a prince never escaped the bramble of thorns, each of them create their future in their own fantasies. The opening paragraphs remained static for several years, waiting for some new element that could send the story forward, and this new element was the old fairy tale that one day came in and took control. So, if we were to read the body as a text, perhaps we could start with the fairy, "hideously ugly and vaguely threatening", with its teeth ferro, la sua moltitudine di seni e il suo disperato desiderio di conoscere il “desiderio”.

Dipende dalle fiabe scelte. Il rapporto tra una principessa che giace in stato di coma su di un bed and a prince trapped in the thorns, unable to meet, is very different from a Bella who lives a private life with the Beast (see the example of the old granny in my Little Red Riding Hood in Pricksongs & descants ) or a ' Alice in menopause who must endure the taunts of a King of Hearts in a demented Wonderland. There are no answers only with regard to human relationships. That's what makes it endlessly fascinating relationship with them.

7) What is your favorite hero or heroine of the fairy tales?

do not have a favorite. They are all interesting. The best are probably those whose lives or environment are affected by the paradox, ambivalence, from the strangeness, of unfulfilled desires and ambitions, uncertainty, complexity, those with the potential for insight and comedy.

8) In your opinion, what is the power of the story today?

The tale is a way of telling stories among many others, although it is one of the most powerful. In its modern incarnation is something we call gender. It is a conservative form, that despite its content, celebrates and perpetuates the status quo. As a result, my relationship with the fairy tale is often compared.

9) What do you think of the traditional concept of fairy tale and Disney?

The original stories were often told from the point of view of the wretched and downtrodden, for whom violence and injustice were a regular feature, and for which the revenge, when it appeared, was sweet and cruel. The myth of America in the mid-twentieth century focused mainly on the happiness, the innate goodness national overcome the obstacles with courage and sacrifice, the warmth of families and traditional communities, etc ..., and Disney has adapted the old stories to the current ideologies . So the seven dwarfs are not bizarre, but they are a sweet and lovely part of an extended family of happy ending. The princesses are all young and beautiful and toads do not vomit or defecate gold.

10) There is a rewrite of a fairy tale or a story well known that you have not already done so, but you write?

The list is endless. All stepmothers of the collection of the Brothers Grimm, Aesop forest with more than a hundred of his fables. I have already addressed many biblical characters, the stories of The Thousand and One Nights , other characters of fairy tales / folktales / stories for children as Hansel & Gretel , Rip van Winkle , Puff the Magic Dragon , Snow White, Pinocchio , Humpty Dumpty , Punch & Judy , Bluebeard, ecc...
The Door: A Prologue of Sorts è molto diversa da Grandmother's Nose , sebbene entrambe partano dalla stessa fiaba.

Asin Way To Make Someone Fall Asleep

"Il poeta" - Michael Connelly

Death is my business

A chance encounter and lucky, almost a point .. chance I went into the library, I had other acquisitions in mind, but my own view on what is done: The poet di Michael Connelly.

His brother, a policeman is killed. Or at least everyone thinks it is a suicide. But Jack does not believe it, can not believe it. Begins to investigate, there can be no peace. He wants to understand the reason for everything and he who will give an explanation for a series of apparent suicides by toghether with a note written on the poems of Edgar Allan Poe . Jack is stubborn and not give up, even manages to sneak and to cooperate with FBI agents that ability to capture serial killers.

A thriller full of twists. When it seems that things are finally unveiling, when the truth now seems to be close, new elements come into play distorting everything. In the final pages anxiety grows, death looks you in the eyes, feel her breath on my neck. Do you feel apnea, here you can not breathe, your eyes read wildly . Fear, terror, disgust, curiosity, but the desire to close our eyes to distract from what is happening. A mix of strong emotions that make this book memorable .

First Death Anniversary Note

Il destino delle nuvole, Paolo Codazzi

The fate of the clouds

Mathematics, clouds and memories seem to be the true protagonists of the novel, from the evocative title of Paul Codazzi, author of Florence.

A not made of numbers and mathematical formulas, but relied on a style of life, mindset, a key to understanding the world, beyond the application end in itself. Lucia is thanks to the enthusiasm of a young teacher at a boarding school in Leghorn, that little Fulvio, the protagonist, a Florentine as the author, decided to make mathematics his life.

He has 9 years old when he moved to Livorno and began attending college where the bloom il suo primo e eterno amore: quello per la sua insegnante, l’unica che riesca a spronarlo, una delle poche presenze amiche, oltre Thomas, il primo a rivelargli intenti d’amicizia, e Luca.

Sembra muoversi Fulvio like a ghost, while crowded around the shrine, taking, however, without interest, the speeches of the faithful or those who are there waiting for someone.

And as the clouds joining and wasting away, never, can reproduce the same form, so move the thoughts of Fulvio and so runs the pen of Paul Codazzi.

Sample Of Programme For Church Anniversary

Intervista a Davide Longo

by Simona Leo

David Longo, a native of Carmarthen, is a documentary filmmaker, playwright and radio, as we learn on the site www.davidelongo.com . He also teaches writing at the School Holden of Turin. In January 2010 he released his third novel, Vertical Man, precisely about this new writing we interviewed him.

Welcome to the virtual living room of temperament. To be noted that the His book Vertical Man , reviewed on our blog , abducted us right now. His presentation, held by her and the Feltrinelli Bari Desiati Mario took us to the immediate purchase of its elaborate and high expectations were not disappointed at all, indeed.

is a really well-written book. But short term impact, great expressive capacity and terminology that can immediately evoke the image of what you are describing.

In questo sense the book is a reflection on the courage , the essential traits that define man in terms of the bond and humanitas father-son or daughter. In general shows what happens to a company that people lose the sense of the project, discipline, effort and future . A society where fathers and mothers are beginning to think it is too difficult and not fun to be. The barbarism is rampant in a country increasingly lazy and unimaginative.

Apocalisse in senso etimologico significa rivelazione .

In the book

nature assists property to the disintegration of the society of men . it is not tainted or infected . In this sense, the animals, which belong to it, continue to act according to the logic imposed by their ancient DNA, the one to which all people have rebelled jeopardizing their very survival as a species. For this animals seem wiser, "men" of men . In their original survives the fire of life has its meaning in continuing. For this not do stupid things .

The presentation described the man Portrait of a man with a soft but impenetrable armor, the man who is not touched by evil. Leonardo, however, the protagonist, is not brave and rather docile, but in the end he was able to redeem himself. Vertical Man, then, is a goal to strive for?

is a man seemingly incapable, unfit to face the cruelty that is emerging: too mild incapable of malice, passive . Everyone would say that is the ultimate sacrifice. He himself is convinced. instead discovers in itself a form of high courage and strength, that of those who can not be touched by evil, not to become complicit never . The book is a reflection of your courage. How can we confront the barbarism, the natural cycle of growth and destruction of those civilizations that are living organisms.

A greeting to our guests and to you readers. Until next time!

Wreacked Old Airplanes

Intervista a a Toni Noar Augello

We host today in our living room virtual Toni "Noar" Augello, author of I'm trying to quit. The mail and other memories of an alleged rocker province.

To begin with, "Noar" Art is an addition? Given the image on the cover makes me think of "noir"

Noar is the nickname I chose when, even in the Gargano area, with old friends tried to follow the path of the Sect of the famous film Dead Poets' L 'Dead Poets Society "... We met strictly at night. Noar contained the magical night when and Aurora. When I published I'm trying to quit, someone who knows how difficult it is to deprive ourselves of the "vices" dearest, I suggested to read as Noar Not Surrender! However, noir is the color of the artists ...

The photo on the cover (Giovanni Augello, brother?) Contrasts with the spirit rocker, but I find it intriguing and appropriate to the text as the basis for artistic choice?

For the cover photo, the publisher wanted a picture of impact in some way connected to the title. Beyond the game on the double sense of "stop ...", the photo has a charge of melancholy that fits well with the plot of the book : the difficulty of achieving their dreams. It is an image that goes beyond the facade of the rocker, or would-be declining in its intimacy, revealing some background.

Who is Lo?
It is the addressee of certain mail in which I tried to give you an idea of \u200b\u200bhow the conditioning context was "province", where I moved my first steps as a rocker by downloading it on a large part of my limits ... It was she who, turning my own mail, he urged me to continue writing. It was interesting stuff, he said. So I kept writing "mail" even when they sent him more !

is risky to choose to write the address without "correct" expressions Tachograph "nn", "+" etc.. Did you leave it out of respect for the original mail?
The writing follows the techniques of their type of computer language . A singular choice for printing, but consistent with the history of the book. If compliance is the same consistency, it is: I left it out of respect to the originating mail.

I really like writing: the finals "alternative" (finale1 e finale2) e il modo in cui racconti del "palopop" sono trovate davvero interessanti.

Malora I broke up. I believed so much in the project, its faint, I decided to drop everything. When my producer Antonio D'Apolito asked me to publish this work in which music and writing plumb the suspended condition of dreams and diffocoltà me and my generation, I turned to other musicians.

How would you describe the music on cd? "Melodic Rock?"
Your definition of my music is correct. Technically, melodic rock is about to pop-rock Italian. I make pop-rock Italian.

How many more opportunities have been created for you with internet and social networks?
Internet provides to small productions like my considerable resonance in the face of low costs that you bear. Then be the value of what you propose to make a difference, and of course, a bit of luck . Considering that the luck I've never been abandoned, probably the work that is nn crabs have not yet spent on TV! Or is that stuff on TV does not pass the most valuable? Hahaha! The response to the famous posterity.
thank Toni Noar Augello wishing him luck for the future than it has had with the dogs.

Jx Ovulation Calendar

Un altro nonostante: nonostante abbiano provato ad indottrimarmi al rock, e per questo I have long boasted to understand something, I can not review this cd, which however is a pleasant surprise, nell'aletta hidden text. As to the book, I recommend , Only because I liked it very much reminds me Jack Frusciante left the group and books Efraim Medina Reyes is Scazzi sparkling excitement and a life - real and virtual - between high expectations and a miserable condition .

Nursing Care Acute Gastroenteritis

L'ispiratrice - Salvatore Scalisi

The fragile existence under

strokes. That is what makes up the novel by Salvatore Scalisi: vere e proprie pennellate.

Questo incontro non può fare altro recall that in the mind of the painter a myriad of memories that bring him back to the age of adolescence, when everything is in flux and it feels at the same time the master of your life but fragile puppies protected from suffering more expensive.
Through these ebbs of the past, Guido will probably never completely heal wounds rimarginatesi and give answers to questions that had never dared to ask.

Gently Salvatore Scalisi takes the reader by the hand and lead you to discover hidden truths, silence, innuendo, misunderstandings, in a game fresh and light, ma al contempo profondo.

How To Carved Candles Dvd

Stylist for a day: Backstage Paola Frani!

And here I am again as promised, to talk to you and show you the first pictures of my experience as a stylist Paola Frani . As previously I had written months ago, the press office of this company contacted me and after a meeting in showroom in Milan and a good chat with Marina Felice, the head, thinking about possible collaborations I proposed the creation of a photo shoot where I had the role of stylist , choosing the outfits worn by the model, including the clothes of the three lines Paola Frani, PF and Paola Frani Jeans for autumn-winter 2010-2011 . My proposal was approved and the service, to my great joy and emotion, has been achieved.
On 26 May, for the second time I visited the showrooms of Milan Paola Frani, where there were waiting for, in addition to all the press office, the photographer Paolo Simi, and the model Anna , two wonderful people with whom it was a real pleasure to work. As you can imagine, being la mia prima esperienza in assoluto di questo tipo, ero molto nervosa e fortemente convinta di non farcela, ma dopo aver conosciuto lo staff ed essere stata messa a mio agio da tutti, ho iniziato a girare freneticamente tra gli stand in cerca di abiti e accessori, innamorandomi di tutto ciò che vedevo e lasciandomi cogliere dalla più intensa indecisione in merito ai pezzi da scegliere, ma per fortuna sciolta la tensione, ho completamente lasciato libero sfogo a intuito e creatività e piano piano sono riuscita a mettere insieme 10 outfit per il servizio. Non so descrivere quanto piacevole e unica sia stata per me questa giornata, so solo che sono immensamente grata all'azienda Paola Frani for giving me this wonderful opportunity, and the entire staff, the photographer Paolo Simi, Anna, the model, for having accompanied and collaborated with excellence, just as professional as they could have done. Yes, I was the novice, a novice , maybe even a duffer , one that this world is not part , but on that day, for those few hours, I felt produced and glad , in love with what I was doing more and more convinced that this was and is exactly what I do in my life.

But that's enough words, let to images! The following backstage photos of the service, where you will see me (in fact, you really see very little of me, than my nail polish and my thousand bracelets and rings! (=) Faced with the choice accessories, or something on the system as a model ... well, I see the "work". The full service , since the clothes for next autumn-winter season, then publish it, I think to September . In fund is the way it works, right?:)

This is nothing short of fabulous fur and I love the picture below!

Here is the last photo, and I'm focused on this magnificent lavender dress, che vedrete per intero nel servizio.

Baci
Vicky

How Much Does Plan B Cost In Louisiana

Intervista Valeria Lie

by Carlotta Susca
Valeria Lie , author of the thriller The perversity of evil (on facebook here ) guest today is temperamental, in response to some question about his novel.

Welcome. You have your thriller set in New York: you know the "Big Apple"?

No, unfortunately I've never been to America, although I would visit it a lot. I have a passion for the U.S. and all things American.

You have also taken cues from American movies and TV series? From novels? What?

My favorite author is Patricia Cornwell, so my writing is very much influenced by her inevitably.

Why did you decide to insist on the descriptions of the bodies of victims? The procedures are repeated Assassin's always the same, is a clear choice to repeat for each crime description of the crime scene?

While writing and imagined the victims appeared to me as I have described. It was as if I could live the crime scene and I wanted to put this perception to those who read, give him the feeling of being there in front of the victims.
Yes, how Assassin are repeated, it was a very clear choice. The modus operandi of a serial killer is usually always the same, and this is what characterizes him, and in particular my always kill the same type of woman that fragile. He wants to be a nightmare for these women, wants to punish them, and this tends to represent the image of his murders in a painting, trying to remain as faithful as possible. Then someone rages on even more, adding something to the crime.

Women of the text are all exceptional people poor, cowardly or brutal: why a bias so strong?

Our society is very sexist, the presence of man excels in almost all fields . You always see male figures where very strong woman to be more fragile. You put a little more into the background, despite today than before the woman is more liberated almost coming to an equal relationship, but there is still a long way to go. For most of man is the protagonist and I must admit that I had written a lot of detective men. Then I thought about it, and I felt the need to shy away from certain cultural patterns, deciding to tell women, prove that the woman is not "fragile" but is strong, resolute, that knows itself very well to salvage . I believe that women have a higher gear and this is demonstrated in everyday life: working, caring for children, combining thousands of commitments without discouragement. The women make their mistakes in the book, have their own problems and weaknesses. They are normal women, and this is their normality to be extraordinary.

Are you writing another book?

I started to write something, but then I do not write self-imposed at the time to dedicate myself fully University.

At the end of book stresses how important it was for you realizzareil dream of publishing a book, can you tell us how it went?

I've always written for myself and my novels I read only a few close friends. However, I dreamed of seeing my work published. I was dreaming, but then never send to any publishing house in my writings because I was embarrassed because I believed then and a very intimate thing. In short, it was a bit of a contradiction. Then one day I participated in a competition organized by a publishing house, wanted to give me a contract but I did not accept . Then a dear friend took me to Graus for merely an opinion, from there I have contacted, and then ho pubblicato con loro.
